Scott and Kat had the vision for their wedding, but with just three weeks left, they were feeling the pressure of pulling it all together. That’s when they reached out for help with our Your Love Story package. We quickly dove into the details, gathered their vendor team, and created a seamless plan for execution. The result was a day brimming with joy, where every detail—from the neutral color palette to the unique champagne tower—was designed to perfection. Guests enjoyed lawn games, champagne, and a meal fit for foodies, while Scott and Kat shared sweet moments together. The night ended with an electric atmosphere, thanks to a show-stopping father-daughter dance and an unforgettable celebration. Keep reading to see how we helped make their dream day a reality!
The Inquiry
Their day was planned but they began to sweat the execution! Worrying about who was actually going to make it all happen and function as visioned, sent them in search of some help!
The Package
After proceeding with our Your Love Story package just a short three weeks before their big day, we began rapidly collecting all information necessary to generate and distribute a final timeline for all vendors. We reviewed all of the details Scott and Kat had coordinated and quickly got into their heads for how they saw the day going! Gathering our team for execution, we packed and headed to beautiful Sylvan Lake!
The Result
The bridal get ready suite was buzzing with excitement! Happiness truly was the energy felt throughout the entire morning and amongst all the family and friends we spoke with. Scott and Kat had a saying that radiated accuracy through their event - “Feelings Are Good” and man was that right! Guests were encouraged to wear the same neutral color pallet and that alone was a detail with impact. The ceremony was one of the most genuinely joyful celebrations we’ve been apart of and immediately kicked off an evening of love! Lawn games were set out for guests to enjoy, along with complimentary champagne and outdoor social seating to relax in while our couple was off exploring the grounds in the most romantic way. A carefully selected meal was curated to with foodies in mind and presented artistically in combination with lush greenery garlands. A champagne tower rather than a cake cutting, a father daughter dance that tore the roof off the place and a night that was completely electric with good vibes!
