After seeing our team in action at their friends wedding, they reached out in excitement at the thought of bringing us on board to help facilitate their unique wedding day vision.  A formal luncheon at the Fairmont!  They knew that support was a big need of theirs to pull this off and we were thrilled to be brought into their vision! 

The Package

Vince and Romy worked diligently to create an elegant and classy aesthetic for us to pull together for them.  They chose details that were timeless and meaningful and we understood their dream of a truly romantic day, filled with family and quality time together.  Your Love Story package allowed for us to get involved when they felt they needed it the most; when it was time to start orchestrating logistics, communicating timeline specifics with vendors in advance and on site, and to physically build their vision.

The Result

The earliest morning site arrival we’ve ever had, was worth the anticipation and excitement we were feeling to pull this wedding together.  Arrival on site had us loading in quickly, with a full team in tow so that work could begin, split amongst two different rooms, both requiring an earlier start time to a wedding day schedule than typical.  It was crunch time… and our team was eager to make it happen!  We divided and conquered with one team in the drawing room assembling all elements needed for the ceremony to take place.  Chairs taking a different approach, facing inward as they flanked the aisle.  Floral balls on elegant chrome stands that framed the bride and groom, entry table, personal decor items and more.  Our other team focused on the reception ballroom set up that consisted of table settings, centrepieces, stationery, cake placement, and more all while both areas required our assistance in receiving other hired vendors and ensuring they were able to complete set up in an extremely timely manner. 

After successfully getting both spaces ready for the day, guests were welcomed into the private drawing room.  Once seated, we placed Vince just outside the double door entrance - inside the room, loved ones waited anxiously as music began to play.  Behind him, approached his soon to be wife, Romy… walking straight off the elevator, and leaning onto the back of her fiance, they shared big smiles and a tight squeeze without looking at one another!  We moved Romy out of the guests siteline and opened the double doors for Vince to head down the aisle.  Moments later, Romy was entering, her dress being fluffed one last time, and our final prompt being given for her to proceed into the arms of her man.  The ceremony was romantic and truly special!  Guests were welcomed downstairs onto the terrace just outside of the ballroom where they enjoyed inside and outside flow.  While they enjoyed the grandeur of the space and river valley views, we facilitated a private brunch for our newlyweds to enjoy by the fireplace in the lounge, creating special time for just the two of them!   A morning luncheon meal was served, a cherished elder in the family played live traditional music on a beautiful accordion - this alone, had the dance floor packed!  Our bride and groom were sipping on tea and coffee, listening to speeches, enjoying the warm morning sun beaming into the ballroom and socializing with all of their cherished loved ones!
