A Stress-Free Celebration
Emily and Garrett’s wedding was a perfect blend of love, family, and fun, with none of the stress! When they realized how much help they needed to keep their big day smooth and worry-free, they reached out to us for the Your Love Story package. We took care of every detail, so their families could focus on what really mattered—celebrating their love. From personalized beer growler centrepieces to a surprise McDonald's late-night snack, every aspect was designed to reflect the couple’s fun-loving personalities and their bond with loved ones. The result? A joyful celebration where guests danced, dined, and enjoyed every moment—while we handled the logistics behind the scenes. The Inquiry
Family members desire to help pull off your wedding, can be wonderful, but also overwhelming. When Emily reached out expressing appreciation for her loved ones wanting to be involved, but worrying about unnecessary stress this might put on her, Garrett and their families, we knew we had to help!
The Package
Moving ahead with the Your Love Story package, we took away all jobs that would have been assigned to multiple family members and provided reassurance to our couple that all of their plans were going to come together as they wished, with no added weight to anyone. One of our biggest reasons for doing this job, is to allow family and friends be just that on wedding day. We believe that “jobs” or “tasks” on wedding day are the responsibility of hired vendors to execute so that all guests can sit back, relax, enjoy and soak up the special moments!
The Result
The river valley played host on a hot sunny day to a group of loving family and friends who were truly ecstatic and ready to celebrate this bride and groom! A first look with the bridal party before the big moment, kicked off the happiness for the day. The ceremony was conducted by a friend and immediately following becoming husband and wife, a large group photo was orchestrated. This couple was all about their people and it was clear that their people were all about them! We had set the tables with beer growler centre pieces from their favourite breweries they had enjoyed over the years, placed flowers and candles. Set out a delicious dessert display and made arrangements for a McDonalds late night snack for the guests! The dancing was non stop, the food was fried chicken and mac n’ cheese, the energy was great! Everyone was enjoying, and we were doing all the work behind the scenes - exactly how it should be!
